Section 8 Waiting Lists
Currently all of our one and three bedroom Waiting lists are closed.
Our two bedroom waiting list will be opening on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 8 AM.
To qualify for our two bedroom apartments, you must have minimum of two people and a maximum of four people per household. Income limits apply as follows:
1 person household must make below $21, 200 per year gross income
2 person household must make below $24, 200 per year gross income
We also recognize the following federal preferences if they apply:
Domestic Violence: Bring in a letter from the Family Justice Center, recent order of protection or current police report documenting abuse.
Disabled: Bring in your award letter from the Social Security Administration.
Working Family: Bring in documentation from your employer that you have been steadily employed for 6 months prior to turning in your application.
We also have a three bedroom/two full bathroom available that is not on our contract. The rent is $853 per month and $150 security deposit - Vouchers are welcome on this unit.
